The ECOWAS Commission has expressed its condolences to the government and people of Nigeria over the deaths in an error bombing of IDP Camp in Borno State.
The accidental bombing of the Rann refugee camp, near the Cameroon border last Tuesday by the Nigerian Air Force caused the death of more than 100 people and leaving 120 wounded.
The commission, in a statement, urged the armed forces to be cautious, just as it called on the federal government to carry out the envisaged investigations to avoid reoccurrence.
