GETTING more sleep leads to a better sex life for women over 50, according to research.
But women who get a full night’s kip are also more likely to have good nooky on a regular basis.
Researchers said sleep disturbance is common for those in menopause, creating health problems such as heart disease and depression.
A US study of 93,668 women aged 50 to 79 found less than seven to eight hours’ sleep a night was associated with lower odds of sexual satisfaction.
